Uchu is a member of the Paititi Rebels from Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Biography[]
Uchu has tried the Path of Fear to obtain the White Breath recipe for the rebellion but fails. He was left blind from one eye and a massive scar on his face from the ordeal[1].
After Sayri died, Unuratu bestowed Uchu to honor of being surrogate father to Etzli
In 2018 Uchu was present when Lara Croft, and Jonah Maiava entered Paititi. Uchu was ordered to watch over Jonah as a precaution, before the rebellion fully trusted Lara.
Uchu is in charge of obtaining the items needed for Etzli's coronation, the item's being: Savior's Amulet, the Champion's Bow, and the King's Horn. Uchu tried to get the King's Horn himself from Kabil, which lead to an argument on their part. He sent two other men since then, but both have failed to get King's Horn. It tuned out that Kabil's wife, Abra, was poisoned by the Cult of Kukulkan as a threat not to work with the rebels. Lara managed to obtain the King's Horn.
Uchu sent Quenti after the Savior's amulet in an old cistern where Manko's remains were hidden from the cult. He started to worry about Quenti as he was young and reckless, and asked Lara to check on him. Quenti returned before Lara and reported his failure to find the Amulet, but Lara came back shortly after with the Amulet in hand.
Champion's Bow was guarded by the Nahual outside Paititi, Uchu believed it to be the mythical creature. He sent Zan to obtain it, but he failed and was killed by the beast. Lara again offered her help of retrieving the item.
As a reward, Uchu granted Lara Sayri's armor and asked her to participate in the Ceremony of Kings.
