Tomb of the Lost Adventurer is a DLC challenge tomb in Tomb Raider.

At the entrance you see the first hanging lantern, go to it and shoot it with your arrow. It burns some trees and lowers the side of the plane, that can now be reached. Jump on the wing of the plane and then on the ledge that has lanterns on it. Throw one lantern onto the tree under the plane to burn the tree and lower the plane a bit. Follow the path along the wall clockwise. climb up a ledge where the crane like contraption is. Above the crane is a second hanging lantern shoot it and it releases a pendant light, then jump on the stack of crates near the crane, and from there on the crane itself to move it out of the way of the pendant light. The pendant light then smashes into a building and burns up another tree holding the plain. Continue to circle the area in the clockwise manner. Climb up from a ledge near the plane's propeller. Look a bit up and shoot the third hanging lantern, it burns away obstruction behind the blank. Then use the highest ledge in front of the blank to jump on it, knocking it loose. the blank falls and spreads the fire on the blank to another tree. The plane breaks in half revealing burnable debris inside, return to the ledge that has lanterns on it. Throw the lantern inside the plane from the window that is on top, it burns the debris inside. Climb on top of the front of the plane, then jump inside the tail-end of the plane, climb up and use the horizontal stabilizer (back-wing) to climb to the highest point. Now just jump from the plane to the ancient building and claim the treasure.

Trivia[]
- A glitch can occur when you burn the tree under the middle of the plane, which prevents you entering the plane.
- The plane in the tomb strongly resembles Lockheed Electra 10E, an aircraft of the lost adventurer Amelia Earhart.
