Tanzania is the country where Egyptian pharaoh found the Pandora's Box and moved it. Alexander the Great later returned the box to it's rightful place. Pandora's box is located inside the Mountain of God, a local tribe lives near the mountain base, and Shadow Guardians guard the entrance to the Cradle of Life near the summit.[1]
Original Timeline[]
In 2003, Lara Croft traveled to Tanzania in search of the Pandora's Box. Jonathan Reiss also searched the box and kidnapped Hillary and Bryce, to force Lara to lead him to the box. Reiss brought Kosa along as an insurance Lara would cooperate. Terry Sheridan secretly followed them secretly. Only Lara and Kosa returned.[2]
