Biography[]
Sumaq is a trader in the upper districts, and is business partner and mentor to Ikal. Sumaq however wanted to end his business with Ikal, and had a letter written about it. Unbeknownst to Sumaqr, Ikal was having an affair with his wife Xoco. When Sumaq came home and found his wife with Ikal, Sumaq was stabbed in the neck several times in a passage behind his house. Ikal then dragged the body into the house so the servant, Taruca would find it, who then was accused of Sumaq's murder. A female priest helped to find out the truth of what happened.
