People of the Light is a fictional group of people in ancient times in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.
History[]
People of the Light formed during the last full planetary alignment. They saw a meteorite fall into today's Siberia, and in that crater they built the City of Light. They forged the meteorite into the Triangle of Light, and used its awesome power to control time. Abuse of its power lead to the destruction of the city and disappearance of the People of the Light. Few survivors split the Triangle of Light, and hid it in the opposite ends of the Earth. They also built The Clock, which was the key to lock the halves of the Triangle of Light away.
