Milo Jacobi is a minor character in the novel The Amulet of Power.
Biography[]
Milo Jacobi is a tall, slender man who works as a pilot in Kenya. He has a five seated private plane on Wilson Airport available for charter. His accent betrays his American origin.
Milo was contacted by Malcolm Oliver, and he chartered a plane from Kenya to Seychelles for two. In a late morning, just after Milo had flown a couple back from the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania, he was approached by Malcolm and his companion Lara Croft. Milo informed them that he had enough fuel to reach Mombasa, where he would refuel and then it would be a five-hour flight from there to Seychelles. They took off right after, and everything went as planned. When they were half way to Seychelles, Milo prayed for a moment, and then turned off the engines. Milo reveled himself as one of the group who would like the amulet to stay hidden, and was ready to die just to kill Lara. Lara however was not as willing, and rushed to cockpit. In the struggle, Lara pulled her knife, and slashed Milo's throat. After he dies, he was unceremoniously pushed out of the plane to lighten its load.
