James William Rutland Sr. is a character from the Tomb Raider series. He is first mentioned in Tomb Raider Legend, as the senator father of James Rutland. He was originally planned to appear in Tomb Raider: Underworld, but was scrapped at some point during development. Because of this, only concept art remains of him.
