Abomination is a monster encountered in Tomb Raider: Anniversary, and the third boss in the game. It is a giant monster created by Natla, presumably to be her general in the Army of Atlantis.
Abomination attacks Lara at the top of the tall lava chamber. She dodges his Rage charge attack and shoots him in the head, causing him to hang onto the edge, but he easily climbs back up. The next time she dodges his Rage charge and shoots him, he gets his left claw stuck in the ground. Lara shoots one of his fingers on his left hand clean off, then gets him hanging onto the edge of the platform again. While, the Abomination has a harder time climbing back up, he still succeeds in doing so. Eventually, Lara shoots off the second and last finger on his left hand and gets him hanging of the edge of the platform once more. Lara proceeds to shoot all of his right hand fingers until he finally lets go and falls into the lava, killing him.
