Elias was a member of the Remnants. He and Sofia attempted to gather some healing herbs near the soviet base where Trinity was stationed. Even though they went at the dead of night, they were caught and hunted down. Elias was shot and killed while he motioned Sofia to run and save herself. Sofia managed to take down two of the killers before escaping. Unknown to them, Lara Croft was in the area, and she finished off the remaining killers.[1]
