Cheng was Mr. Hong's bodyguard, until the latter's death. He is shown to be a fan of Whitman's TV show.

Cheng is shown to be a loyal and capable bodyguard, who will go against his own wishes to please his boss. That is evident when he punches Whitman, just after saying that he likes his TV show. He is also supposedly good with guns.
Trivia[]
- Cheng is the last survivor of the shooting between Jonah Maiava and his boss & colleagues. The evidence being in the panels where he is shooting at Jonah's van, while they were escaping.
