He is the owner of a pawnshop with his wife, Pamela.
Lara Croft came into his shop to pawn her necklace, and while arguing with Allen, she tipped his thermos of coffee on his crotch.
At the end of the movie, Lara came back to Allen's shop to buy back her necklace, and when she notices a gun display, she chooses to buy two Heckler & Koch USP Matchs instead.
