Pod koniec grudnia 2006 roku Risen, wraz z pozostałymi czterdziestoma dziewięcioma zeszytami, ukazała się w wydaniu zbiorczym Tomb Raider: Compendium, opublikowanym przez wydawnictwo Image Comics.
31 października 2016 roku, wraz z historiami The Black Legion, Bloodstones, Spirit Walker, Tower of Souls, Inner Demons, Gathering Storm, Vendetta, Alpha/Omega, Tomb Raider #0 i Tomb Raider #½, nakładem wydawnictwa Dark Horse Comics ukazać ma się w ramach albumu Tomb Raider: Archives Volume 3.
Fabuła[]
Lara uczestniczy w wyprawie w przedziwne miejsce, gdzie będzie walczyć z tajemniczą siłą. W pewnym momencie wyda jej się, że widzi Chase’a Carvera, którego uważała za zmarłego. Kiedyś nie przyznawała się do uczucia, jakim go darzyła, ale teraz wie, że to była miłość.
